Daddy and Madi Time
In the mornings when Mike is home he always turns his ipod on so we listen to music while making and eating breakfast. Madison loves dancing to the music. She really likes Bob Marley! It's so funny! Sometimes she will want up to dance and I got some fun pictures the other morning.

Family Visit
End of Deployment #2!
As you all know Mike has made it safely home from Iraq! We are so happy that he is home and able to participate more actively in our everday lives!!! I love being together as a family!
His ceremony was supposed to be at 7:30 in the morning so we started our day pretty early. He ended up coming in a little later but it didn't matter because at least he WAS coming! They get you excited by announcing when the buses have left Hunter Army Airfield(where they landed and got on buses) and then when they are 30 min away and then on down until they say to look behind at the road and make some noise as their buses roll right down the road behind then beside us. It was so everwhelming to think that my honey was on the buses and finally coming home! After they marched up the field to where the ceremony was to take place we sang the national anthem and the 3ID song, "Dog Faced Soldier" then they said "release"! And everyone ran, walked did whatever to get to their soldier! It was an awesome ceremony! Thank you everyone for your prayers and encouragement during this deployment! It was all so appreciated!

Madi playing in the car while waiting to go to the ceremony field.
Our good friends Billy and Emily who also came to welcome Mike home.
Madison had TONS of energy that morning so Emily was so kind as to follow Madi around the field to burn off some of that energy!:)
