On Sunday we went to the Salute the Troops air show which is in honor of alot of the soldiers who are now coming home. They had a Huey helicoptor that has been restored from the Vietnam war. They gave rides on this all day and Kim and I definitely couldn't pass that opportunity up. The air show featured alot of pilots as well as the 101st airborne parachuters. Also a man who lost his leg in the Iraq war and received the purple heart jumped with them. It was alot of fun.
Madi playing her little fan.(don't worry it was a kid safe fan.)

It's kind of hard to tell but he's flying upside down.

Madison helped hand out numbers while Kim and I rodethe helicopter. When the ride was over the ladies had so much fun with her they told me we couldn't have her back.:)

Right before getting on. Kim and I were the "gunners" so we got to face out instead of in! We had a great view whenever we'd turn. Below are just pictures of our view up in the air.

This was a picture of our "gun".

Still in the air.

Kim and I waiting to take off.
